The state is used to tell people apart on the banning-order registers, which carry no date of birth. It can be left blank.

Import people

A CSV with First name and Last name, and any of Occupation, State, Email and Phone. Add a column per certificate — Police Check expiry, Police Check number — named after your own document categories. Dates read as day/month/year, so 03/04/2026 is the third of April.
